Conventional injection molding processing system
Conventional injection molding systems refer to general-purpose injection molding systems for thermoplastics. It includes the plastic used for molding and the final molded plastic part, as well as the injection machine and injection mold used to ensure the molding of the plastic part.
work cycle
There are several actions during the entire cycle of plastic cap production injection molding:
(1) Measurement: To form a certain size of plastic parts, a certain amount of granular plastic must be used, which requires measurement.
(2) Plasticization: To fill the plastic into the mold cavity, it must be made into a molten state and flow into the mold cavity.
(3) Injection filling: To fill the molten plastic into the mold cavity, it is necessary to apply injection pressure to the molten plastic and inject it into the mold cavity.
(4) Pressurization and densification (pre-cooling): After the molten plastic fills the cavity, the material required for the cooling and shrinkage of the product is added to the cavity.
(5) Product cooling: After the pressure holding is over, the product immediately begins to enter the stage of formal cooling and shaping.
(6) Mold opening: After the product is cooled and shaped, the mold clamping device of the injection machine drives the movable mold part of the mold to separate from the fixed mold part, that is, the mold is opened.
(7) Ejector: The ejector mechanism of the injection machine ejects the plastic parts.
(8) Pick-up: take out plastic parts by manpower or manipulator, and take out cold materials in the injection system.
(9) Mold closing: Close and lock the mold through the mold clamping device of the injection machine (after the safety door is closed)
(10) Advance and retreat of the injection seat: In the process of injection molding, it is sometimes necessary to move the injection seat forward or backward. If the injection seat is always in contact with the mold nozzle throughout the working cycle, it is called the fixed feeding method; if the plastic feeding measurement is completed before the injection seat retreats, it is called the pre-feeding method; if the plastic feeding measurement It is carried out in the back of the injection seat, which is called the post-feeding method.
